Once a former end terrace town house, Granville Terrace had fallen in to disrepair and was deteriorating. Working with GLM Architects we created four state of the art apartments. Spacious, striking and contemporary they also captured elements of the buildings history and environment.

In addition to creating the apartments we also repaired and restored the external facings of the building. This was a real challenge as it meant we had to dig out the basement and under pin the existing foundations.
