The project was to renovate and make structural alteration to a large detached house in Corstorphine.

We removed load bearing walls to create an open plan kitchen dining area. We then converted the loft area featuring a study, walk-in wardrobe with bespoke wardrobes and a large bedroom with ensuit bathroom. With views on to a carefully designed extension with a sedum roof.

We fitted a gorgeous contemporary timber mild steel and frameless glass staircase and used any free space available to form bespoke shelves.

The extension backed onto a hill, which meant we have to construct complex angled retaining walls to hold the neighbouring property and new concrete driveway in place. We finished this amazing property off with full landscaping and natural scotch larch cladding.
